1:1 Advisory
I work with a small number of individuals — primarily high-performing men — navigating pivotal transitions.
This often includes:
Divorce or the end of a significant relationship
Rebuilding identity after success, loss, or change
Navigating dating, intimacy, and long-term partnership at a high level
These are moments where relationships, performance, and personal direction intersect.
Clients typically come to this work when they want:
Clarity in relationships and decision-making
A deeper understanding of patterns and past dynamics
The ability to move forward with intention — not repetition
Clarity in Relationships, Identity, and Direction
Each session is structured but adaptive.
We begin by establishing focus — identifying what matters most in that moment, whether a decision, pattern, or dynamic.
From there, we examine the underlying structure:
relationship dynamics
recurring patterns
internal conflicts and competing priorities
The work is direct. We focus on what is actually driving outcomes — not just what appears on the surface.
Process
This is a space to think clearly about areas that are often complex, private, or difficult to navigate alone.
We’ll work through:
relationship decisions and dynamics
identity shifts during periods of change
patterns that repeat across personal and professional life
The goal is not just insight, but the ability to act with clarity.
Between Sessions
You’ll leave each session with a clear direction.
Where relevant, I may suggest specific practices or frameworks to support integration — but the emphasis is on application, not theory.
Private Sessions (60 minutes)
A focused session designed to create clarity around a specific decision, dynamic, or transition.
We work directly on what matters — whether that’s a relationship, a pattern, or a moment requiring direction.
You leave with a clear understanding of what’s driving the situation and how to move forward.
Ongoing Mentorship (3 Months)
For those navigating more complex transitions or looking for sustained support.
This allows for deeper work across relationships, identity, and decision-making — with space to integrate and adjust as things evolve.
