Get to know me
I’m Jennifer Tone, a Harvard Extension School–trained facilitator and advisor specializing in human behavior, with a focus on relationships, identity, and major life transitions. I hold a Graduate Certificate in Human Behavior (2026) from Harvard Extension School and am currently pursuing an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
I work primarily with high-performing men navigating divorce, breakups, and pivotal turning points, helping them integrate past experiences and move forward with clarity. My approach is grounded, direct, and informed by 7+ years of experience supporting individuals and groups in relational dynamics, behavioral patterns, and trauma-informed integration.
My work blends formal psychological training with real-world experience across community building, partnerships, and high-performance environments. Alongside this, I’ve spent years exploring contemplative practices and cross-cultural perspectives on growth and awareness, including extended time in Southeast Asia and immersive study in traditions such as Buddhism and Vipassana meditation.
This combination allows me to engage complex, deeply personal work with both rigor and depth, particularly for those open to an integrative approach to change.
Based in New York City.
